Free Consultation
Initial consultations are free of charge. There is nothing to refund for a free consultation call.
Paid Services
For paid services (bio writing, full profile makeovers, coaching packages), the following refund terms apply:
- Before service delivery: Full refund available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Within 24 hours of session: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.
- After service delivery: We do not offer refunds once a service has been fully delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied, we offer free revision calls to address your concerns.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your consultation or the materials delivered, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a free follow-up session to revise and improve the service at no additional cost.
