ProfileLiftPro provides independent coaching and consultancy services to help individuals improve their dating app profiles. Our services include bio writing, photo selection advice, messaging strategy guidance, and general dating profile optimisation advice. We are not a dating service and do not facilitate introductions between individuals.
3. Independent Service
ProfileLiftPro is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any dating platform including but not limited to Plenty of Fish, Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Match.com, eHarmony, OkCupid, or Zoosk. All trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
4. No Guarantee of Results
ProfileLiftPro provides professional advice based on experience and knowledge of dating platforms. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including the number of matches, messages, dates, or relationships that may result from our advice. Individual results will vary based on many factors outside our control.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your dating profile situation
- Use our advice lawfully and ethically
- Not misrepresent yourself on dating platforms in ways that may harm or deceive others
- Comply with the terms of service of any dating platform you use
- Take sole responsibility for how you apply our advice
6. Payment & Booking
Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Paid services are offered following the initial consultation at clearly communicated prices. Payment is required before paid services are delivered. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time with notice.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a booked consultation by giving at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during consultations as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal details or profile information with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be notified at the beginning of any recorded call. By continuing the call after notification, you consent to recording.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on ProfileLiftPro's website, including text, graphics, logos, and service materials, is the property of ProfileLiftPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfileLiftPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the application of our advice. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
